Terms and Conditions – JJ8 Pakistan Casino Platform

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the JJ8 platform, including its website, mobile application, and any related services. By accessing or using JJ8, you enter into a binding agreement with us. These terms apply alongside any specific rules for individual games, promotions or payment methods that may be published separately on the platform.

These Terms are written in English and are intended for players based in Pakistan. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English text shall take precedence.

To register and use a JJ8 account, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. JJ8 does not permit use by anyone under this age. Proof of age may be requested at any time.
• You must be registering the account for your own personal use only. Registering on behalf of another person is not allowed.

• You must not already hold an active JJ8 account. Only one account is permitted per person, household, device, IP address or payment method.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, or if your login details have been compromised, you must notify JJ8 support immediately via live chat. • Accounts must not be sold, transferred, or assigned to another person.
• You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

• Dormant accounts (no login activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity review. JJ8 will make reasonable attempts to contact you before any action is taken on a dormant account.

JJ8 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on any account at any time, particularly before processing large withdrawals or in cases where unusual betting patterns are detected. Cooperation with these checks is a condition of continued account access.

All transactions on JJ8 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). JJ8 supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other approved mobile wallets. • JJ8 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

JJ8 aims to process all withdrawal requests promptly. Withdrawals are paid back to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. PKR withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed the same business day, subject to verification status.

• Withdrawals are only available to accounts that have completed the required identity verification process.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies per transaction, as shown in the Cashier.
• JJ8 may request additional documentation before approving large withdrawal requests. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.
• Bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balances that have cleared wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to payment methods registered in the account holder's own name.
• Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

The following general bonus rules apply across all JJ8 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bets are accepted subject to availability of markets and the published odds at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player, except where a cash-out option is explicitly offered and available for that market.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to the odds available at the exact moment of acceptance. There may be a brief delay between placing and confirmation during live events.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or declared void according to the applicable sport's governing rules, bets will be settled in accordance with JJ8's standard settlement rules for that sport, which are available in the sports betting section.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These are shown at the time of bet placement.
• JJ8 reserves the right to limit stakes, refuse bets, or restrict access to specific markets for any player at its sole discretion.
• Winnings from sports bets will be credited to your account balance following official result confirmation.
• Any bets placed after an event result has been officially determined — whether due to a technical issue or any other reason — will be voided.

All casino and slots games on JJ8 are provided by third-party game providers. Each game operates under its own built-in rules and paytable, which are accessible directly within the game. The general platform rules below apply to all casino and slot gameplay on JJ8.

• Casino games use certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. Results are independent of previous rounds and cannot be influenced or predicted.
• In the event of a technical fault or software error during gameplay, all affected rounds will be voided and stakes returned to the player's balance. Winnings produced as a result of a clear error will not be honoured.
• Progressive jackpot wins are subject to verification before payment. JJ8 reserves the right to conduct additional checks on large jackpot claims before releasing funds.

JJ8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Situations that may lead to suspension include, but are not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions, failure to complete identity verification, suspected fraud, suspected bonus abuse, or initiation of a chargeback.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to respond. If the investigation finds no breach, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned. Where a breach is confirmed, funds may be forfeited in accordance with the relevant section of these terms.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting JJ8 support via live chat. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to the registered payment method, subject to standard verification and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus balances.
